Once you receive that email that means that your order is already baked and packaged and will only have a shelf life of 10 days past that email. Due to storage and space we will only hold onto your order for a maximum 3 days past pick up confirmation. Please schedule a pick up with us as soon as possible once your order is ready. For Kookies containing dairy, please choose an appropriate shipping time to prevent spoiling. Kookies containing dairy, such as cheesecake, will last a maximum of 3 days past baking. We always suggest choosing 2-day shipping or less and refrigerating immediately upon arrival.
