Storage and Reheating Instructions:
To make your products warm and gooey again, we recommend microwaving for 10-20 seconds or baking at 350F for 5-8 minutes from room temperature. Krammed Kookies products have a shelf life of 7-10 days from shipment. After that, we suggest freezing them. Let them come to room temperature afterwards and follow reheating instructions. For dairy products, they will last half that time and should be refrigerated or frozen upon arrival.
Where are you located?
We are located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We are currently a HOME and ONLINE based company and we DON'T have a storefront yet. Local pick-up is available at checkout under the delivery options. You must pre-order first and pick a date and time that you can come and get your order.
How do we order?
There are a couple of different ways to order Krammed Kookies. All orders are typically placed online via the website. through our checkout system. Every 2 weeks the website is restocked with new inventory. We currently offer local pick-up, local delivery every Sunday, and postal service every Monday. Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere in Canada and the U.S. Please keep in mind that shipping food items is a risk you take as a consumer. We guarantee that our products are shipped in perfect condition, but food items do have a chance to spoil or break in transit. This is out of our control and any shipping issues including delays can only be dealt with through the corresponding shipping provider. SHIPPING COSTS ARE SET BY THE POSTAL SERVICE and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take to get my order?
This depends on the weight and size of the package. Shipping usually costs anywhere from $12-$30 per package and is calculated at the time of checkout. SHIPPING COSTS ARE DETERMINED BY THE POSTAL SERVICE. Shipping times depend on what option you choose when you check out and can range anywhere between 1-10 business days. Typically all postals go out every Monday and the cut-off time for this is the Saturday before at 11:59MST/MDT. If you choose local pick-up you must schedule a time before checking out or email us to schedule a time to pick up your order. Orders take approximately 1-5 days to complete.
What are the ingredients in your products and the baking process?
This all depends on the flavour of the Kookie and flavours change so often so please refer to the specific product page for additional ingredients. All Krammed Kookies have pasteurized eggs, vanilla extract, butter, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. All of our stuffed Kookies are chilled prior to baking and then baked at a slightly higher temperature than standard temperature. Our Kookies are slightly underbaked to give them more of a gooey texture.
Do you make any gluten-free, nut-free or vegan products?
Currently, we do not. We work out of one kitchen and the chances of cross-contamination are highly likely so people with specific nut and/or gluten allergies etc. should avoid our products.
Can I freeze them and save them for later?
Yes, you most certainly can. However, we do recommend eating them fresh because nothing is better than fresh. Krammed desserts tend to dry out like any other baked good after so many days. But after being frozen you can reheat them in the oven at 350 degrees 5-8 minutes or microwave them for 10-20 seconds FROM ROOM TEMPERATURE. We also hear that the air fryer works really good as well for reheating :)
How often do you restock the website for orders?
Right now we are restocking the website every 2 weeks.
